Capturing Moments.
Creating Memories.
Telling Stories.
Welcome to Armstrong Photography, where every photograph tells a story. Based in South Wales, I have a passion for capturing the beauty of the world around us, from breathtaking landscapes and fascinating wildlife to the little details that often go unnoticed. Through my lens, I aim to preserve moments, evoke emotions and showcase the extraordinary in the everyday. Explore my portfolio and discover the world as I see it, one photograph at a time.
Welcome to my little
corner of the internet,
I’m Jonathan Armstrong
Based in Llanelli, South Wales, I'm a passionate photographer who loves exploring the world through the lens of my camera. My photography focuses on wildlife, nature, landscapes and capturing those special moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
What started as a personal interest has grown into a real passion for photography. I'm constantly learning, developing my skills and discovering new places and subjects to photograph.
For me, photography is more than simply taking pictures. It's about telling stories, capturing the beauty around us and preserving moments that can be enjoyed for years to come.
Thank you for visiting my website. I hope you enjoy exploring my work as much as I enjoy creating it.
“The best thing about a picture is that it never changes,
even when the people in it do.”
— Andy Warhol
Landscapes
My landscape work is about capturing the feeling of a place — the quiet mornings, changing weather, empty roads, mountains at golden hour, and all the little moments that make being outdoors feel magical.
Portraits
The people I photograph are rarely professional models. I’m more interested in honest moments, natural movement, and creating images that feel relaxed, personal, and lived in.
Wildlife
My wildlife photos are about capturing the beauty of the animal kingdom in their natural habitat. The amazing splendour and glory of what they offer us.
